Your tasks

• Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents
• Taking over daily responsibility
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners and therapists
• Co-responsibility for medication management
• Quality assurance and further development of nursing

Your profile

• Training as a nursing specialist HF
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Communicative and decisive person who appreciates working with elderly people
• Good knowledge of German
• Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programmes
