About the job

For the QA Compliance / Regulatory Compliance group within our Quality department, we are looking for a

Senior Scientific Expert Quality Compliance 60% (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities include:

Coordinating, reviewing, and responding to customer and authority inquiries
e.g. filling out questionnaires, creating statements, compiling documents for renewals and GMP inspections
Planning, coordinating, and conducting self-inspections
Preparing, organizing, and supporting customer and authority inspections (national and international)
Maintaining and managing the Bern Inspection Management SharePoint (BIMS)
including creating and updating instructions, training materials, and training for CSL employees
Regularly updating the Site Master Files (SMF) and Quality Manuals
Providing internal CSL support on quality-related issues
Participating in various projects and initiatives (as needed)

You bring the following qualifications and skills:

University or university of applied sciences degree in Life Sciences (e.g. pharmacy, biology, or chemistry) or equivalent
At least 3 years of professional experience in the GMP area of a pharmaceutical company
Knowledge of cGMP guidelines and their practical implementation is required
Experience in conducting audits and aseptic working methods is an advantage
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain an overview in hectic situations
Networked thinking and precise, analytical working style
Proactive personality who communicates clearly and openly and understands how to maintain relationships with stakeholders from different disciplines
Fluent German and very good English skills (spoken and written)
