About the job
The Heilpädagogische Zentrum Hagendorn is a regional centre of expertise. We educate and care for children and young people with cognitive impairments and multiple disabilities under a mandate from the Canton of Zug.
For our school administration, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented and IT-savvy individual who enjoys diverse administrative tasks and digital topics.
The role combines school administration with ICT coordination and forms an important interface between staff, department heads, parents, authorities and our external IT partner.
Your tasks
- Ensuring the organisation of the school year, in particular supporting the planning of school offerings, timetables and event organisation
- Coordination and processing of admissions, departures and changes of pupils, including correspondence with parents, authorities and other bodies
- Administrative handling and monitoring of cost approvals, leave requests, school attendance confirmations and other school-related enquiries
- Maintenance and updating of pupil master data and documents in the designated software solutions (LOBOS, ELO and Escola)
- Creation and maintenance of pupil lists, statistics and data collection as well as preparation and transmission of the required information to internal departments and cantonal authorities
- Responsible for processing the reimbursement of operating expenses to employees and supporting the electronic creditor process
- First point of contact for ICT concerns of employees and ensuring a service-oriented first-level support
- Analysis and triage of ICT requests, independent handling of simple issues and coordination of more complex support cases with the external IT partner
Your profile
- Commercial training with at least five years of professional experience, ideally with experience in school administration or a similar environment as well as further training in the ICT field
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in supporting employees with administrative and technical concerns
- High IT affinity and enthusiasm for familiarising yourself with different programmes, databases and digital tools
- Good technical understanding and the ability to record, classify and, if necessary, forward ICT concerns to the external IT partner
- Networked thinking as well as an independent, structured and precise way of working with a high awareness of quality
