Your Tasks
- Supporting the ward manager in the personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team
- Co-responsibility for ensuring professional, evidence-based nursing care
- Taking over daily responsibility in the absence of the ward manager
- Active participation in direct patient care
- Coordination of interdisciplinary collaboration with medical services and other professional groups
- Participation in duty planning as well as personnel development and promotion
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Participation in projects and in the further development of nursing processes
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent recognition (SRK recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas)
- Several years of professional experience in acute care, ideally on an interdisciplinary inpatient ward
- Initial leadership experience or completed/started further training in leadership advantageous
- High social and professional competence as well as pronounced teamwork skills
- Organisational strength, resilience and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and the further development of nursing quality
- Good IT user skills and willingness to help shape digital processes
