Commercial All-Rounder in Care and Support

In this new role as a committed administrative talent, you can proactively and independently help shape the function.
What you can achieve with us:
- In this role, you are responsible for ensuring smooth and service-oriented staff deployment planning for the residential groups. You are responsible for ensuring deployment planning in case of staff absences and maintain the electronic staff deployment planning system (PEP). In doing so, you take on an important supporting role for the management of the residential groups and the responsible employees in the care and support area.
- You support the residential groups, especially the residential group managers and care experts, in administrative matters and provide various internal services as commissioned.
- You maintain close cooperation with the HR department to ensure personnel administrative processes.
- You independently prepare the monthly changes in the staff deployment planning system for the management personnel for approval.

What you bring with you:
You have a quick grasp, are reliable and keep an overview in hectic situations. You are used to working independently and in a very agile environment. You are a committed, service- and solution-oriented personality with the ability to think in a networked way. During the holiday absence of your colleague, you take on the deputy role with an 80% workload.
You have a commercial or comparable education, ideally have experience in a coordinating or triage function. If you have very good oral and written expression and describe yourself as resilient, very flexible and enjoy working mainly with older people, then we should get to know each other.
