The following tasks await you:
HR support for the responsible area:
- Support and advice to managers on personnel matters including user support for the personnel deployment planning software
- Contact person for employees on HR-related topics
- Recruitment in collaboration and as a sparring partner for managers including advertisement and applicant management
- Ensuring the complete "Employee Life Cycle" from entry to exit including administrative tasks (e.g. contract creation, notifications to insurance companies and handling of insurance cases, reference process, master data maintenance)
In addition, this team member takes over the administrative support of civilian service personnel in all areas.
From 2027, the support part will be reduced, but other tasks are additionally planned. The exact organization will be agreed within the team during 2026. Possible tasks include:
- Participation in the administrative processing of external training and further education
- Coordination/management of internal training / support of the Learning Management System
- General administrative tasks such as interface maintenance, management of items, etc.
- Guiding and supervising the commercial apprentice during their stay in the department (each for half a year)
* regarding workload: during the maternity leave of a team member, a 90% workload is desired. From early 2027, a workload in the range of about 70% to 80% is targeted (depending on the personnel strategy currently being developed).
You convince us with this profile:
- Completed further education as HR Specialist with a federal certificate or comparable further education
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function (especially support and recruitment)
- Good knowledge of labor and social insurance law
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Independent, precise and efficient way of working
- Affinity for IT tools
- Confident German language skills, spoken and written
