Your main tasks are

• Professional care and support of residents in all complex situations
• Advising relatives and demonstrating coping strategies in crisis situations
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with all parties involved in care and support
• Planning, coordination, accompaniment and support of staff in the department
• Professional guidance, support and advice for students and trainees

You have

• Training as a qualified nurse HF (DN II, AKP)
• Interest in working in palliative care (Palliative Care training advantageous) and/or willingness to further train in palliative care
• Willingness to engage with the end of life and the associated challenges
• High social and self-competence with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Openness, resilience, a good sense of humour and optimism
