Your tasks

• Property management (residential and commercial buildings)
• Cleaning stairwells
• Cleaning and maintenance of the surroundings
• Mowing lawns, removing weeds, tending flower beds, trimming hedges and edges
• Monitoring building services technology
• General tasks such as changing lamps, etc.

Requirements

• Apprenticeship as a facility maintenance specialist, craft training, or several years of experience as a caretaker/cleaner
• Language: Swiss German
• Driving licence mandatory (manual transmission vehicles)
• Neat/well-groomed appearance
• Good manners with customers and colleagues
• Flexible/independent/resilient
• Committed/dynamic
• All-rounder
