• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/AKP/DNII/DNI/PSYKP

Your tasks:

• You ensure professional, individual care – according to our care guidelines.
• You carefully and data-protection-compliantly manage the care documentation in CareCoach.
• You competently implement medical orders and accompany visits.
• You are responsible for the correct handling of medication.
• You actively participate in reports and professionally support the team.
• You accompany employees and learners in the care process and take on daily or shift responsibility.
• You keep an overview, plan carefully, solve challenges, and are the central contact person for residents, relatives, and the team.
