About the job
Our senior centers are more than just buildings; they are living spaces. To ensure that residents, employees, and visitors feel safe and secure, a functioning infrastructure is needed. This is exactly where the Building Management department comes into play. We ensure the operational capability of our properties and thus secure the ongoing operation of the senior centers, Spitex, and administration. Whether lighting, technology, or infrastructure, many things are taken for granted. To keep it that way, we are looking for a technically skilled and dynamic personality who enriches the team with energy, ideas, and personal responsibility at the Adlergarten Senior Center location with deputies in all senior centers from September 1, 2026, or by arrangement.Your Tasks
- Responsibility for maintenance and repair work in the structural, technical, and infrastructural building management across the entire real estate portfolio as well as ensuring 24/7 operation through on-call service
- Inspection of electrical devices and care beds to ensure safety and quality
- Commissioning, coordination, and control of external service providers
- Support and optimization of building automation, operational, communication, and multimedia systems
- Administrative tasks in building management such as reports, forms, statistics e.g., in locking, energy, and waste management
Your Profile
- A completed technical basic education with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in the field of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or equivalent; (further training in maintenance is an advantage)
- A pronounced service orientation as well as confident, respectful demeanor, especially in dealing with elderly people, combined with teamwork and reliability
- Flexible and responsible and in possession of a category B driving license
- Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as confident handling of IT applications (MS Office, CAFM)
