Your tasks with us:

• You ensure the smooth daily operation of the OR as the central interface between surgeons, anaesthetists, and practice staff
• You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the operating days
• You care for patients before, during, and after the operation
• You assist the specialists during procedures
• You work according to defined processes and help to continuously improve them

What you bring:

• You have completed basic training (preferably as a medical practice assistant, or in other medical professions) and have a great interest in ophthalmology
• Ideally, work experience in the operating theatre, or willingness to be trained internally
• You use stressful situations to keep an overview and set priorities
• You speak and write very good German; additional language skills are an advantage
• You are motivated, have high quality standards, and enjoy working with and for people
