Your tasks
- Processing customer inquiries from domestic and international clients (by phone, email, and in person) in cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Active support and independent handling of existing customer concerns
- Long-term customer retention through regular exchange and personal support
- Close collaboration with internal teams of the Financial Institution department, especially Regulatory Operations and Regulatory Client Management, to ensure efficient processes and customer-oriented solutions
- Participation in exciting and cross-departmental projects
Your profile
- Completed banking training and/or higher education with a focus on finance/business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in servicing corporate clients in the financial industry
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Jira is a plus
- Initial experience/contact with blockchain/crypto or great interest in working into this topic
- Very good German and English skills (level C1/C2)
