Your tasks

• Processing customer inquiries from domestic and international clients (by phone, email, and in person) in cooperation with internal stakeholders
• Active support and independent handling of existing customer concerns
• Long-term customer retention through regular exchange and personal support
• Close collaboration with internal teams of the Financial Institution department, especially Regulatory Operations and Regulatory Client Management, to ensure efficient processes and customer-oriented solutions
• Participation in exciting and cross-departmental projects

Your profile

• Completed banking training and/or higher education with a focus on finance/business administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in servicing corporate clients in the financial industry
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Jira is a plus
• Initial experience/contact with blockchain/crypto or great interest in working into this topic
• Very good German and English skills (level C1/C2)
