We are a nursing home committed to dementia care as well as palliative care in primary care for 84 people aged 18 and over. The care concept is based on relationship-centered care in the maieutic sense.
Your main tasks
You are jointly responsible for the professional care and support of the residents. You are a supportive partner to the nursing professionals in everyday life and ensure the forwarding of essential information and correct documentation.
Your profile
You are an open-minded and committed person who enjoys working independently. You bring experience in long-term care and dealing with people with dementia. You preferably have knowledge in palliative care and the RAI/RUG system or are willing and motivated to acquire it. You have solid PC user skills, possess very good oral and written German skills (at least B2), and understand the Swiss German language.
