You ensure that our guests feel completely comfortable.

• You carefully clean the guest rooms so that our guests feel at home
• You prepare the guest rooms according to the guests' needs
• You make our public areas shine and ensure cleanliness throughout the house
• You carry out small repairs, such as changing batteries or light bulbs, independently
• You anticipate and report in good time when laundry or guest supplies need to be ordered

• You are used to cleaning and maintaining your own household
• First experience in hotel cleaning is a plus - but not a must!
• You speak very good German and can communicate well with guests and the team
• Friendliness, flexibility and a good sense of what is needed
• You are happy to help out in other b_smart businesses in the region when asked
