Tasks
- Identify faults in customer service in a targeted manner and rectify them professionally
- Advise customers comprehensively on all electrical engineering questions, especially regarding circuits and building automation
- Check installations for correct function and safety standards
Requirements
- Completed training as an electrician
- Several years of professional experience in customer service electrical work
- Strong analytical skills for early fault detection
- Interest and enthusiasm for modern technologies such as All-IP, controls and ICT
- Good German language skills and a category B driving licence
