This is what you can expect
- Analysis of web, campaign, and CRM data as well as the creation of reports and ad-hoc evaluations for strategic decision-making
- Development and maintenance of KPIs and dashboards for measuring the success of marketing and CRM measures
- Conducting funnel and conversion analyses as well as A/B tests to optimize performance
- Support and further development of tracking (especially Adobe Analytics) in close collaboration with IT
- Participation in the integration of new data sources and continuous expansion of the analysis infrastructure
- Support in prioritizing marketing requirements and co-designing the customer journey based on CRM and lifecycle analyses
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and business ownership for Adobe Analytics in marketing
This is what you bring
- Completed studies in a relevant field such as business informatics, business administration, digital marketing, or data science, ideally supplemented by in-depth knowledge of Adobe Analytics, SQL, CRM, or agile methods
- 3–5 years of experience in comparable roles such as business analyst, web analyst, or in digital marketing – ideally in the e-commerce environment
- Experience with common analysis tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI), tracking technologies, and A/B testing
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, SQL, Excel, as well as BI & reporting tools
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM processes, and e-commerce environments
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as technical affinity
- Very good German language skills, English is an advantage
