- Checking and monitoring customer creditworthiness
- Early detection and assessment of credit risks
- Proactive contact regarding outstanding receivables and payment delays
- Agreement and monitoring of payment and instalment arrangements
- Initiation and execution of debt collection procedures
- Registration of claims in insolvency proceedings
- Maintenance, reconciliation and clearing of debtor accounts
- Support of the finance team with further administrative tasks
- Completed commercial or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in credit control, debt collection or debtor management
- Fluent French and German skills, both spoken and written
- Good English skills
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- ERP knowledge, ideally Oracle, is an advantage
- Independent, structured and careful working style
- Communicative, team-oriented personality with assertiveness
- Exciting and responsible role in the finance sector
- Temporary employment for 3-6 months with a 100% workload
- Diverse range of tasks with a focus on the French-speaking part of Switzerland
- Independent work with regular customer contact
- Collaboration in a committed and collegial team
- Possibility of a longer-term permanent position with the appropriate permit
- Start immediately or by arrangement
