About the job
Your Tasks
- You act as the bridge between IT and the business departments for our client
- You collect and analyze business processes, identify weaknesses and improvement potential in the use of IT and resources
- You are responsible for developing, documenting, and communicating requirements for sustainable solutions that optimally support the processes
Your Skills
- You have a university degree as an engineer or a comparable education
- You are used to thinking holistically and working in a structured way, as well as solving complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner
- Ideally, you have experience in the public sector and hold a valid HERMES certificate
- You have in-depth knowledge and several years of experience in business process analysis and requirements engineering. You hold an IREB or a comparable certificate as proof
- You have experience in model-based working methods (in BPMN and UML) with common tools such as Sparx EA
- You have gained experience with Soap, REST, and/or messaging in requirements analysis
- Ideally, you have initial experience in gathering security requirements (PKI, authentication/authorization, IAM, encryption, …)
- You are a diplomatic, communicative, and cooperative personality
- You have a high level of commitment, endurance, and resilience
- You have an independent, reliable working style and a quick grasp
- You have good oral and written expression in German (C1) and a good basis in French (B1)
