Working Student German-speaking Switzerland (m/f/d)

About the job

To strengthen the internal sales team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed working student 60% (m/f/d) for the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Your tasks:

• Support of the internal sales team in daily business

• Creation and processing of quotations, orders and invoices in the ERP system

• Support in order processing as well as delivery and appointment coordination

• Telephone and written communication with customers, suppliers and internal contacts

• Handling customer enquiries and administrative support of sales consultants

• Maintenance of customer, article and order data in the ERP system

• Support in the optimisation and digitalisation of administrative processes

• General administrative tasks to relieve the internal sales team

Your profile

• Ongoing studies (FH/Uni/HF), ideally in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management or a comparable field

• Residence ideally in the Bern or Zurich area

• Enjoyment of administrative and organisational tasks

• Independent, structured and reliable working style

• High service and customer orientation

• Good IT user skills (Microsoft Office); experience with ERP systems – ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Quick comprehension and interest in commercial processes

• Team-oriented, communicative and committed personality

• Very good German skills, spoken and written
