Located in the charming municipality of Lavigny, in the heart of the canton of Vaud, the Pietro Sarto Medical Centre aims to improve the care pathway and follow-up of children with neurological, developmental and behavioural disorders. By working in synergy with various healthcare professionals, we ensure comprehensive and personalised care.

We are looking for our Pietro Sarto centre for a:

Paediatrician with an interest in neurodevelopment (M/F) at 50-100%

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the complete neurological care of children and adolescents: assessments, diagnoses, therapeutic plans, longitudinal follow-up and network coordination.
• Actively participate in the development of the specialised unit within our medical centres.
• Promote collegial and integrated functioning of the structure, working closely with other specialists and professionals in the centre.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices and, depending on interest, to internal training activities or awareness-raising among partner teams.

YOU HAVE

• A federal specialist title in paediatrics, or equivalent recognised by MEBEKO, with additional training or an interest in neuropaediatrics, child development, or proven experience in neurodevelopmental follow-up (ASD, ADHD, learning disorders, global developmental delay, prematurity, etc.).
• Proven competence in standardised clinical assessment, coordination of interdisciplinary evaluations (speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychotherapy, psychomotricity, etc.).
• The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with families, schools and other network stakeholders.
• A spirit of initiative, organisation and a genuine sensitivity to the special needs of children and adolescents.
• A strong interest in the continuous updating of knowledge in the field of neurology, as well as enthusiasm to contribute to the dissemination and teaching of these best practices.
