YOUR MISSION
- The selected candidate will come from a technology-driven business background, accustomed to dealing with both business users and technical staff, and will have experience in business analysis and project management.
- A deep understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and the DEP electronic patient record and the associated legislation.
- A good understanding of the landscape and processes of health insurance would be a plus.
- The role is focused on delivery and a billable utilization target of 70% is expected.
- Analyze client needs in the area of digital health-related topics.
- Advise clients on digital health-related topics.
- Develop high-level solution concepts.
- Participate in and lead the development of consulting and solution proposals.
- Provide expertise to colleagues and clients.
- Identify and qualify opportunities (by working with existing clients, potential clients, and sales).
- Manage consulting assignments and projects.
- Develop trusting relationships with clients.
YOUR PROFILE
- Independent, client-oriented.
- Willing to travel within Switzerland.
- Understand the Swiss healthcare system and the strategy/laws regarding electronic patient records.
- Have an established professional network in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, ideally extending to the Bern region.
- Good understanding of current IT concepts and technologies.
- Experience in project management using agile methodologies.
- Good understanding of software engineering/feasibility.
- Experience in a number of successful IT projects completed on time, involving national clients.
- At least 5 years of experience in the above areas.
- French, English, German is a plus.
