Your Tasks
- Operation planning and coordination of all administrative processes between patients, doctors, and operating staff.
- Organization, coordination, and preparation of minor procedures in the minor surgery consultation hours under local anesthesia.
- Receiving and handling internal and external phone calls.
- Planning and preparation of intravitreal injections with patient care (administrative).
- Responsibility for all correspondence related to injection and operation planning via email and phone.
- Administrative tasks such as mail triage, archiving, and file management.
- Acting as an intermediary between the operating room and the surgical coordination office.
- Preliminary recording of controlling.
Your Profile
- You are an open, communicative personality with great joy in active patient contact.
- You have completed training as a businesswoman/businessman or as a medical practice assistant with further training as a medical secretary and ideally have experience in a clinical setting.
- Your strengths are an independent and precise way of working, solid knowledge of medical terminology, good IT skills, as well as flexibility, reliability, and resilience.
- If you enjoy organizing a versatile secretarial operation and teamwork, then you are the right person!
