Your Tasks
- Support in accessing the social network for people with psychiatric illnesses
- Advising patients and their relatives on personal, professional, legal, and financial matters
- Coordination and exchange with social services of municipalities, child and adult protection authorities, specialist offices/persons, employers, and insurance companies
- Co-organization of optimal follow-up care after hospital stay
- Collaboration in tandem within an interdisciplinary team

- Certified Social Worker FH
- Professional experience in psychiatry
- Resilient, independent, and reliable working style
