Your tasks
- Care and support of people in their familiar environment
- Support and accompaniment of our clients and their relatives in managing everyday life
- Participate in and implement the agreed measures in cooperation with the nursing professionals
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training as Health Specialist EFZ
- Independent, resilient and responsible personality
- Good PC skills
- Open-mindedness, flexibility, empathy and networked thinking
- Driving licence category B
