Your Tasks
- Bridge builder: You form the interface between product management, specialist departments, partner FinTechs and our development teams
- Requirements Engineering: You identify, refine and prioritise business and technical requirements and translate them into clear epics and stories
- Open Banking & Interfaces: You analyse business processes, design sustainable solutions and specify APIs for our open banking strategy
- Implementation Support: You closely accompany the development teams throughout the entire development cycle and provide support with specialist questions
- Quality Assurance: You actively support testing new software releases and ensure that the requirements are accurately reflected in the product
What You Bring
- Experience: Several years of practice as a business analyst, requirements engineer or product owner in a software or platform environment
- Technical Flair & Interfaces: Familiarity with APIs, data models and modern integration architectures; experience in the FinTech, core banking or open banking environment is a great plus
- Banking Understanding: You bring banking know-how – or simply have a quick grasp and enthusiasm to get to know the Swiss "banking Meccano" in detail
- Analytical Mindset: Enjoyment in understanding and pragmatically resolving complex relationships and dependencies
- Hands-on & Drive: An independent, responsible working style with the courage to contribute new ideas and proactively advance topics
- Communication Skills: Empathy for different stakeholders as well as business fluent German and good English skills.
