What you will achieve
- Support property management in the care of our own residential and commercial properties throughout Switzerland and independently take on administrative tasks.
- Creation and management of rental contracts, amendments and terminations
- Management of residential and commercial tenancies, rentals and re-rentals
- Telephone and written correspondence with tenants, authorities, craftsmen and service providers
- Verification and processing of invoices, heating and ancillary cost statements
- Maintenance of master data and management of electronic files
- Control of external accounting and assistance with internal annual financial statements
The special feature of this role
With us, you do not manage properties of third-party owners. You work exclusively for our own residential and commercial properties and consistently represent the interests of the owner. This gives you a comprehensive insight into strategic, economic and sustainable aspects of property management and makes a direct contribution to the long-term success of our property portfolio.
What you bring
- Commercial basic training with experience in property management
- Further training as a property management clerk is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and preferably GARAIO REM (property software)
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- High service orientation as well as strong communication skills
- Networked thinking and economic understanding
- Enjoyment in working with various stakeholders
- Good German skills, French is an advantage
