Main tasks
- Independent management of all personnel administrative processes from entry to exit (contracts, changes, certificates, departures, etc.)
- Advice and support for employees and managers in all operational HR matters
- Support for managers on personnel-related topics throughout the employee lifecycle
- Assistance with monthly payroll processing in cooperation with payroll
- Management of accident, illness, EO, and maternity cases as well as cooperation with insurance companies and authorities
- Responsibility for work and residence permits
- Support in recruiting as well as accompanying onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participation in HR projects and active involvement in the further development of our HR processes
Education
- Completed commercial basic training with further education in human resources (HR specialist certificate)
Profile
- Several years of professional experience (at least 3–5 years) in an HR generalist role or a comparable operational HR position
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law as well as operational personnel work
- Confident German and French language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Strong service orientation, discretion, and organisational skills
- Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
- Very good MS Office skills; experience with Abacus, Bridge and/or Skriba is an advantage
