Care Specialist (FaBe) EFZ

• Care and support of our residents in their daily activities
• Accompanying residents in their individual daily routines, in living and leisure
• Perceiving the individual needs of the residents
• Key worker duties and maintaining contacts with relatives and legal representatives
• Handling departmental tasks such as recording and coordinating RAI services

• Completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ, Social Pedagogue HF or an equivalent qualification
• Experience with InterRAI is an advantage
• An open heart, high social competence and willingness to explore new paths
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit and joy in person-centred care

• Attractive working hours – no night shifts.
• Four days off per month within a three-month planning period.
