Technician / Service Technician Security Systems 80% (a)

Our client is one of the leading companies in the field of modern security solutions. With high-quality products such as alarm systems, access controls, video surveillance, and complex security systems, the company ensures comprehensive protection throughout Switzerland - day by day.

To strengthen the technical team, we are looking for a committed individual who convinces with expertise, responsibility, and passion for security.

Tasks

• Installation and commissioning of intrusion alarm systems, video surveillance, access controls, and other security systems
• Handover of systems to customers including instruction and documentation
• Technical support of existing systems: maintenance, repairs, and expansions
• Close collaboration with project managers in the implementation of projects of various sizes
• Consultation and support of customers with technical concerns
• On-call duty after training (approx. 5-6 weeks annually)

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a telematics technician, electrical installer, automation technician EFZ or similar
• Good knowledge of IP network technology and handling of software tools
• Independent, solution-oriented working style and quick comprehension
• Enjoyment of customer contact and technical support
• Driving licence category B and willingness to travel within the region
• French language skills are a plus
