Trainee Nursing Specialist HF (m/f)

• You assist under supervision in ensuring high-quality and quantitatively excellent care of our inpatient residents.
• You act supportively and take on daily responsibility in the nursing department of 23 residents on a rotating basis.
• You help to ensure an optimal operational process as well as the development of the individual care process and its implementation in everyday life.
• You conduct case discussions with the day team.
• You take on resident situations within the key worker system.
• You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures according to your training level.
• You carry out nursing documentation thoroughly and independently.
• You are the contact person for residents, relatives, and other professionals such as doctors or pharmacists when accompanied.
• You learn to take responsibility in everyday nursing and continuously develop your professional and social skills.

• Enjoyment in working with elderly people and commitment to diverse tasks.
• You work independently and can organize yourself well.
• You think and act economically and are a team player.
• You have good computer skills and handle digital tools confidently.
