Our subsidiary, INTERBOHR AG, is a leading service provider for drilling, cutting and dismantling. For our site in Lucerne, we are looking for a committed and implementation-strong site manager.

You bear the operational responsibility for the site with 15 employees and work closely with the estimator in order acquisition. You are close to the day-to-day business and act result-oriented.

Your Profile

Technical basic training complemented by training as a construction foreman
Entrepreneurship
Several years of proven performance in a similar position
Conciliatory in dealings, communicative, convincing
Consistent and determined way of working

Your Responsibilities

Responsibility for demanding projects from A to Z (calculation of offers, project management and supervision of the sites)
Implementation of our mission statement
Utilising and optimising resources
Personnel management
