For our client based in the Bern region, we are looking for a service-oriented and reliable individual as a Finance Specialist 80–100 %:

Your main tasks

• Responsibility for the accounting of our client as well as various mandates including preparation of financial statements and support during annual audits
• Management of subsidiary ledgers such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed assets
• Monitoring of dunning and debt collection processes
• Preparation of tax and VAT returns, including mixed-use properties
• Management of property accounting
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Contact person for internal and external partners on financial matters
• Participation in projects in the area of site development and process digitalisation
• Review and further development of existing processes

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting
• Professional certificate in finance and accounting or Bachelor of Science BFH in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Accounting, Controlling & Taxation
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in fiduciary or real estate sectors
• Good knowledge in financial statement preparation, VAT and property accounting
• Independent, structured and precise working style
• High sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented, committed and service-minded personality
