Your Tasks – Shape More
- Bringing your passion for sales topics and supporting the achievement of our growth targets
- Designing and implementing sales activities as well as developing always-on sales stories together with sales units and stakeholders such as segment management, marketing, and client analytics
- Leading projects and sub-projects for sales initiatives, coordinating measures with sales units, and ensuring accountability and measurable results
- Driving sales transformation, developing compelling sales stories, and ensuring excellent project management
- Identifying growth potentials, promoting data-driven and automated customer and market engagement, generating high-quality leads, and striving for self-service closures
Your Profile – Bring More
- Degree at university, FH, or HF level in business administration, banking & finance, or similar
- Several years of experience in sales management or sales and at least four years of project management experience in the financial sector
- Very good analytical skills and solid knowledge in digital and traditional customer communication as well as with sales channels
- Strong willingness to shape, assertiveness, and passion for cross-departmental collaboration as well as strong stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, a structured, solution-oriented working style, and presentation skills
- Very good German skills and good English skills
