For cable production, extrusion department, we are looking for immediate or agreed support by a Plant / Machine Operator 100%.

Your tasks

• Setting up and operating computer-controlled production machines according to product parameters
• Loading and monitoring the machines
• Ensuring a smooth operation of the plant
• Regular quality checks of the products to be manufactured
• Recording production processes
• Compliance with safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment
• Reporting malfunctions to the supervisor
• Carrying out minor repairs on the plant
• Participation in training and continuous development to improve technical skills and knowledge

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a machine operator EFZ or equivalent
• Experience in operating computer-controlled production plants
• Technical understanding and the ability to diagnose and resolve machine problems
• Manual dexterity, flair for production processes
• Willingness and ability to work 3- or 4-shift operations / irregular working hours
• Independent thinking & acting
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Forklift training / driving licence category B
• Punctual and reliable working style
