About the job
o Processing identity federation configuration requests (SAML federation, OAuth2/OIDC client declarations, etc.)
o Analysing problems encountered by development teams
o Writing technical documentation for the target audience (mainly architects and developers)
o Participating in the design of training materials
- Implement the technical component evolutions of the service
- Implement technical evolutions of SSO components (evolutionary maintenance, corrective maintenance and obsolescence management)
- Participate in testing phases and handle anomalies
- Participate in systematic code reviews
- Provide technical support for the operation of SSO & identity federation services
o Act as an expert in cooperation with the operations teams and the service manager
o Participate in handling complex support requests at levels 2 and 3
o Diagnose and resolve incidents related to SSO components
o Ensure the maintenance of the security level of technical components
- Participate in projects and technical studies conducted by GAI related to the service components
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service components. Be proactive in improving the organisation within the team, etc.
- Occasionally support architects in charge of IT applications to determine the appropriate IAM integration solution for their needs (SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, LDAP, etc.)
- Sense of service, responsibility and communication

- Perfect command of the French language, good command of English
