Your contribution to the company

- Personalized advice in the field of health insurance
- Proposing supplementary insurance solutions to LAMAL
- Acquiring new clients and developing external networks independently
- Highlighting potential savings in basic insurance and following up with the client
- Transmitting other products (all branches) from AXA or life insurance benefits.
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) and have already held a position in the health insurance sector
- Your residence is necessarily in the relevant activity area, you have a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in the Neuchâtel region
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have an ease in contacts with others, you seek solutions for your clients and you know how to adapt to any situation
- You are fluent in French both orally and in writing, any other language is an advantage
- Your working method is autonomous and goal-oriented, you appreciate the challenge of being in control of the growth of your client portfolio
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
