1 December 2026 or by arrangement as

Customer Advisor Bodywork & Damage Management (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Personal advice and support of our customers from damage recording to vehicle handover
• Opening, scheduling and invoicing of orders
• Coordination of repair appointments and ensuring a smooth process
• Handling of insurance cases and damage management
• Creation or processing of damage calculations
• Close cooperation with bodywork, paint shop, spare parts service, insurance companies and the customer service team

Your profile:

• Basic technical training in the automotive industry, ideally as a car body mechanic EFZ, car body painter EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ, automotive specialist EFZ or comparable
• Alternatively, several years of experience as a service or customer advisor in the automotive industry
• Experience in bodywork, damage management or damage calculation is an advantage
• Knowledge of Audatex is an advantage
• Commercial understanding and enjoyment of administrative tasks, strong customer and service orientation complete your profile
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Very good German skills; further language skills are an advantage
