Project Management Operations Development and Green Maintenance (m/f/d)
- Implementation of operational maintenance (cleaning, green maintenance) according to ASTRA guidelines
- Consultation of depot and base managers on digitalisation and development
- Coordination of neophyte control and safety forestry
- Establishment and maintenance of a professional network with authorities and relevant expert committees
- Operational permits for shaft recycling vehicles
- Promotion of cross-site collaboration and targeted further development of employees
- Participation in the optimisation of processes and standards
- Nature-oriented or craft-based basic training (e.g. gardener, forest ranger)
- Several years of professional experience in a technical/operational environment, ideally in the green sector or road maintenance
- Completed further training in green topics such as biodiversity, neophyte control, master gardener or biology
- Initiative, future-oriented mindset – you have a good sense in dealing with road maintenance employees, question the status quo, bring in new ideas and implement them
- Strong interest in digitalisation and willingness to further educate yourself in this area
- Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style, but also high service and team orientation
