The Opportunity
 

The GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) area stands for highest quality, safety, and efficiency – and this is exactly where your role comes in. In this role, you take on a central function in processing and coordinating quality reports in production. You identify problems early, analyze them in a structured way, and ensure sustainable solutions. In doing so, you work closely with various internal stakeholders and actively contribute to the further development of our processes.

What You Can Achieve

• You are the first escalation level for production and work closely with internal stakeholders.

• Responsible for creating and coordinating quality reports (QNs) in production

• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

• Prioritization of quality reports (Q reports)

• Close collaboration with internal departments such as production, quality, engineering, planning, project management, and purchasing

• You support the further development of troubleshooting processes for continuous improvement

• Support during audits and internal reviews

What You Bring

• Technical training in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, quality

• Experience in troubleshooting, production processes, or quality management

• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Fluent German and English skills

• Knowledge of SAP and MES

• Detailed product knowledge in the field of Gas Insulated Switchgear
