Spitex Foppa provides outpatient care and support for around 300 clients in its catchment area around Ilanz. The service area includes the regions of Safiental, Vals, Lumnezia, Obersaxen Mundaun, Andiast/Waltensburg as well as the Ilanz/Glion region.

The organisation ensures needs-based care and support in the familiar environment of the clients and works according to the primary nursing model with the aim of promoting independence, quality of life and individual resources as best as possible.

Nursing Specialist HF/FH

Your tasks include:

• Conducting needs assessments as the primary contact and case manager
• Leading and implementing the entire nursing process
• Ensuring nursing quality in close collaboration with the nursing expert
• Care and support of clients at home

You possess the following qualities:

• Completed professional training as a qualified nursing specialist
• Independent, responsible and organised working style
• High professional and social competence
• Knowledge of common MS Office applications, experience with Perigon is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
