Skills
- You have a basic medical training or complementary commercial training.
- Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.

About the job
What you will achieve:
- Verification and clarification of benefit entitlement according to insurance regulations (KVG and VVG)
- Review and billing of outpatient invoices and, if necessary, objections to invoices
- Examination of outpatient applications for cost approval
- Creation of correspondence based on templates as well as independently
- Contact person for complex enquiries from insured persons, service providers and authorities
Why you will succeed:
- You have completed basic training in the medical field (e.g. MPA) or have supplemented commercial training with basic medical knowledge
- Ideally, you have several years of experience in the health insurance industry
- You work very efficiently, accurately and responsibly
- You also convince our customers with your high service orientation, your can-do attitude and your committed way of working
- You communicate confidently in German both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
