your tasks

• Technical and personnel management of two production teams in day-to-day business
  
• Ensuring an efficient production process regarding quality, deadlines, safety and costs
  
• Deployment and resource planning in close cooperation with AVOR and planning
  
• Identifying and implementing optimisation potentials in production processes
  
• Active participation in the introduction of new technologies, systems and automation solutions

your skills

• Technical-mechanical basic training with further education in production technology or business administration
  
• Several years of experience in mechanical production as well as sound knowledge in CNC and CAM
  
• Proven leadership experience, for example as team leader, group leader or shift supervisor
  
• Understanding of production planning, lean management and continuous improvement processes
  
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
