About the job
We are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a
Head of Operational Services and IT, (70-90%)
Your tasks
Facility Management
Personnel and organizational leadership of the team leaders in the areas of technical service, cleaning, and kitchen
Overall responsibility for a smooth, safe, and quality-oriented operational process in all infrastructural services
Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and food standards
Planning, organizing, and monitoring maintenance, repairs, and servicing
Management and control of external service providers (crafts, cleaning, disposal, maintenance)
Responsibility for the efficient use of employees, resources, and budgets
Participation and operational support in infrastructure, renovation, and refurbishment projects
Further development and optimization of processes in facility management
IT
Personnel management of internal IT functions as well as coordination of external IT providers
Ensuring stable IT operations and functioning support
Coordination and management of external IT providers
Implementation of IT security and data protection requirements (technical measures)
Support and participation in digitization projects
What you bring
Education and training in technology, facility management, computer science, or a comparable field
Experience in operational management of technical, housekeeping, or IT teams
Knowledge of building technology, infrastructure processes, and IT operations
High organizational skills, service orientation, and quality awareness
Assertive, solution-oriented, resilient, and strong communication skills
Experience in dealing with external partners and service providers
