- First point of contact at the reception for our customers
- Welcoming visitors
- Operating the telephone
- Performing administrative tasks
- Managing visitor parking spaces and meeting rooms
- Issuing keys and badges
- Access control to the building
- Operating alarm systems
- First contact and hub function in emergencies
What you bring:
- Native German speaker, good French and English skills, Italian skills are an advantage
- Good PC user skills
- High independence, performance capability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Neat appearance
- Good manners, communicative but discreet
- Ideally, availability from Monday to Friday between 06:30 - 18:00
