Chief Assembler Scaffolding 100% (m/f) Foreman

For our valued client, we are looking for an experienced and committed foreman for scaffolding in full-time. You bring extensive knowledge in scaffolding and are capable of competently leading a team of up to 8 assemblers.

Your tasks:

• Management and organization of scaffolding projects
• Leadership and motivation of a team of up to 8 assemblers
• Ensuring compliance with all safety-related regulations
• Planning and coordination of daily workflows
• Communication with customers and other involved trades
• Quality control and acceptance of completed work

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in scaffolding or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as chief assembler in scaffolding
• Proven experience in leading and motivating teams
• Driving license class B
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• High level of responsibility and organizational talent
