Your tasks – versatile & practical:
Sales
Support in customer contact (B2B & B2C)
Management of our luxury boutique
Creation of presentations, offers, and sales documents
Maintenance and further development of our ERP
Assistance in customer service at home and abroad
Marketing
Support in the development and implementation of campaigns
Collaboration on social media content, newsletters, and blog posts
Research on market and trend topics
Participation in events, shootings, and collaborations
Administration
Organization and filing of documents
Support in daily business and internal processes
Communication with suppliers and partners
General administrative tasks
What you should bring:
First experience in administration
Completed apprenticeship in the commercial field or studies in marketing or similar.
Interest in fashion, lifestyle
Independent and structured way of working
Good German & English skills, spoken and written
French (desirable)
Confident handling of MS Office
