Versatility meets responsibility: In this exciting role at PFIFFNER Schaltgeräte AG in Hirschthal / AG, you assemble prototypes and accompany the products up to series-ready assembly. At the same time, you act as an important team member in building and further developing our assembly processes. You combine technical understanding, organisational talent, and a hands-on mentality. What you do

• Prototype construction: You assemble prototypes for demanding performance and type tests.
• Interface work: You work closely with production management, design, and test engineers.

Process design: You build up the circuit breaker assembly and continuously optimise it to ensure the highest efficiency.

What you bring

• Foundation: A completed apprenticeship as a mechanic, machine mechanic, polymechanic, or in a comparable profession.
• Experience: Several years of practice in assembly and/or manufacturing.
• Mindset: A clear eye for efficiency and the motivation to continuously improve processes.
• Passion: Technical know-how and genuine joy in taking responsibility for "your" product.
