Senior Commercial Real Estate Marketer (m/f/d) (100%)

Area of responsibility and duties

In close cooperation with our experienced marketing team, you will take on the following tasks:

• Mandate management for the initial and re-leasing of commercially used properties (office, industrial, logistics and laboratory)
• Support of prospective tenants from the first contact, through property viewings to the lease agreement conclusion
• Development of innovative marketing strategies and concepts
• Controlling of marketing activities and management of third-party service providers
• Participation in the preparation of offers for the acquisition of new mandates

Qualifications and requirements

• Completed studies with a focus on real estate or marketing and/or training as a real estate marketer, property manager or a comparable commercial education
• Professional experience (at least 5 years) in the field of commercially used properties
• Good local and market knowledge
• Strong acquisition and closing skills as well as interest in independently building customer relationships
• Structured and organized way of working
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• French language skills are an advantage
• Open and communicative personality
• Willingness to perform and ability to work in a team
• Extensive Microsoft Office skills
