The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range of services extends from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as home care and support. With over 200 beds, the inpatient general long-term care offering at the Dielsdorf site is complemented by specialised treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.

• To share your proven professional experience as an Assistant in Health and Social Care and in working with people with dementia during regular professional exchanges or training sessions

• Completed training as an Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA or an equivalent with SRK recognition
• Experience in dealing with people with dementia and several years of professional experience advantageous
• Good German language skills, spoken and written (at least level B1)
• High social, methodological, and professional competence
• Contemporary IT skills
• Independent and responsible working style
