About the job
The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from advisory support for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as home care and support. With over 200 beds, the inpatient general long-term care offering at the Dielsdorf site is complemented by specialised treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.

Sharing your proven professional experience as an Assistant in Health and Social Care and in working with people with dementia during regular professional exchanges or training sessions

The opportunity to significantly influence the implementation and further development of our dementia concept thanks to your experience and proven expertise
- Completed training as an Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia and several years of professional experience are an advantage
- Good German language skills, spoken and written (at least level B1)
- High social, methodological, and professional competence
- Up-to-date IT skills
- Independent and responsible working style
