About the job
A new door is opening for you in Safenwil!
We do not produce off-the-shelf doors. We develop and manufacture sophisticated bespoke door solutions, from classic door units to individual fire, burglary, and soundproof doors. To strengthen our production team, we are looking for two reliable individuals who understand their craft, enjoy taking responsibility, and value clean workmanship.
Joiner Finishing (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You take on the professional finishing of our custom-made door leaves and door units
- You carry out precise joinery work according to production documents and complete the elements with the intended fittings and functional parts
- You identify deviations, find practical solutions, and ensure a clean, delivery-ready execution
- You inspect the finished elements and ensure our quality requirements are met
- If needed, you support your colleagues in blank production and contribute to a smooth production process
Your profile
- You have training as a joiner EFZ, joiner practitioner EBA, or a comparable professional qualification
- You enjoy working on individual, technically demanding products rather than pure serial production
- You can confidently read production documents and implement them with craftsmanship skills
- You work precisely, independently, and solution-oriented and can communicate well in German
Joiner for Cutting and Woodworking (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You operate our machines and equipment for cutting and processing
- You prepare panel, core, edge, and frame materials exactly according to production documents
- You ensure careful use of materials and maintain the required quality
- Together with the team, you ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of our customer orders
- If needed, you support your colleagues in finishing
- You bring manual dexterity, technical understanding, and an affinity for wood
- Experience in woodworking or production is an advantage; training as a joiner is not a prerequisite
- You are willing to carefully familiarise yourself with our machines, materials, and processes
- You work precisely, reliably, and independently and can communicate well in German
- A valid forklift licence is an advantage but not a requirement
We offer:
- A varied role with individual and technically demanding products
- A secure workplace with modern machines and tools
- A collegial team with short decision-making paths
- Thorough induction and opportunities for professional development
- The prospect of helping shape the future of our company and the new site in Oftringen
